Ingredients: Pork neck, 30% goose meat, chicken liver, pork rind, 5% traditional mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, white wine, sugar, spices, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium disulfite), pork rind, white wine, eggs, potato starch, shallot puree (rehydrated shallots, salt, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: sodium disulfite), skimmed milk powder, basil, salt, pork gelatin, pepper, preservative: sodium nitrite. Contains sulfites. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Remove the lid. Turn the container upside down. Pull the edges apart to allow air to circulate to the bottom. If necessary, run a knife between the product and the container. Remove from the mold. Cut into slices at least 1 cm thick. Keep refrigerated between +2°C and +4°C. Consume quickly after opening.
