DE - ORGANIC - 006 Besides hand-picked heritage apple varieties, tart wine pears traditionally define the unique character of Swabian cider. The cider is dealcoholized in-house using vacuum distillation at a gentle 35°C. This preserves the characteristic, fresh aromas. The heritage apple and pear varieties that Geiger uses are distinguished by their crisp acidity and tart tannins. For even greater complexity, we refine it with select herbs, blossoms, and spices. We refrain from using any added flavorings, concentrates, or sugar. Aroma: Red berries, refreshingly crisp with a tart hop aroma. Taste: Distinctive interplay of sweetness and acidity, intriguing bitter notes with tart accents.
