Food coloring highly concentrated, liquid, violet; Dye E122 azorubine, E132 indigotine. Water, dye: E122, E132; Dye content: 0.8%. E122 may affect activity and attention in children. Dosage: 2ml / 1kg. Limited use for food, for example to achieve a purple hue in the mass or on the surface of e.g. confectionery, fine baked goods, decorations or coatings, etc. Note: Please note Regulation 1129 / 2011 / EC, Annex II. Intended for commercial food production only, not intended for retail sale. Store in a cool place.
