Ready-to-use vegan egg mix with chickpea flour. 30% chickpea flour, fat powder (sunflower oil, glucose syrup, modified starch), thickeners: carrageenan, methylcellulose; chickpea protein, natural flavors, sugar, table salt, onion, color: beta-carotene. Preparation: 1. Thoroughly mix 10 g of the egg mix with 50 ml of cold water until a smooth batter forms. 2. Pour the batter into a coated, oiled, and preheated pan and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on one side until the mixture can be turned. 3. After another 1-2 minutes, scramble like regular scrambled eggs using a spatula or fold into an omelet. 4. Season to taste. Store in a dry place away from light and not above room temperature.
