Ready-to-use mix for vegan meatballs. 45% textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), partially defatted sunflower seeds, corn granules, thickener: methylcellulose, onion, rapeseed oil, rice granules, flavorings, spices, table salt, marjoram, beetroot. Preparation: Thoroughly mix 75g of the ready-to-use meatball mix with 135ml of very cold water and 1.5 tbsp (approx. 15g) of vegetable cooking oil, then let it rest for about 3 minutes. Add chopped onions, herbs, and spices as desired. Form the mixture into meatballs of the desired size. Heat a little cooking oil in a non-stick pan and fry the meatballs over low to medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side. Store in a dry place, away from light, and not above room temperature.
