2019 Chardonnay Mineral QW, dry, 13.5% vol., F. Becker

Grown on the German and Alsatian sides of the vineyards, this wine is grown on weathered limestone soils with a loamy and clayey layer. The vines are between 28 and 39 years old. Gentle fermentation and further aging take place in 228-liter oak barrels made from the finest French oak. Light, pale yellow in color. The nose offers delicate aromas of brioche, physalis, and flint. Elegant on the palate with pleasant herbal notes. A wine with excellent aging potential and a long finish.
