Heating it becomes tender and doesn`t squeak when eaten. Marinated with our own blend of spices, our grillkase takes on a special character, a delight for every cheese lover. Unlike many other cheeses, the milk is not curdled with animal rennet, but with citric acid-making Geifertshofener Grillkase suitable for vegetarians.
