Ingredients
Food coloring preparation for coloring fine baked goods, ice cream, desserts and confectionery. Water, stabilizer: sorbitol, ethyl alcohol, colorants: carotene, patent blue V, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerol of fatty acids, lecithins, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidulant: citric acid, antioxidant: fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid, alpha -Tocopherol. For commercial processing only. Limited use for food. Other confectionery: 205 g / kg Fine baked goods: 136 g / kg Ice cream: 102 g / kg Dessert dishes: 102 g / kg Application note: This food coloring preparation complies with the currently valid EC Regulation 1333 / 2008 on food additives. When using the product, the product-specific regulations of EC Regulation 1333 / 2008 must be observed (see table below). The use of this food coloring requires identification with a coloring agent. Please note the restrictions of certain product regulations as well as the provisions of the 11LFGB (protection of the consumer against deception).
