Ready-to-use mix for vegan mince with pea protein. 58% textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), partially defatted sunflower seeds, thickener: methylcellulose, rapeseed oil, rice flour, onion, flavorings, table salt, beetroot, caramel powder, spices. Preparation: Mix: Thoroughly mix the contents of the sachet with 150ml of very cold water, then let it rest for about 3 minutes. Fry: Fry the mixture in a non-stick pan without oil over low to medium heat until the desired degree of browning is reached, breaking it up as you go. This takes longer than with conventional meat. Then use it in your favorite recipe. Store in a dry place, away from light, and not above room temperature.
