Ingredients
Food coloring preparation for coloring fine baked goods, dessert dishes and decorations. Water, ethyl alcohol, glycerin E422, carmine (E120), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids E471, ammonium hydroxide E527, glucose syrup, citric acid E330, potassium sorbate E202, maltodextrin, potassium hydroxide E525, lecithin E322, alpha tocopherol E307, fatty acid ester of ascorbic acid E304. Application note: When using the product, the product-specific regulations of EC Regulation 1333 / 2008 must be observed (see table below). The use of this food coloring requires identification with a coloring agent. Application / maximum dosage: fine baked goods: 14g / kg, desserts: 10g / kg, decorations: 35g / kg. Store in a cool place.
