Ingredients
Black garlic seasoning paste. Water, 34.5% fermented black garlic paste (water, 12% fermented black garlic, salt, spirit vinegar), sugar, salt, flavoring, citrus fiber, fermented sugar, 2.5% garlic, acidifier: ascorbic acid. Recommended dosage: 10-40g/l. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 6 weeks.
