Red wine and port wine reduction, paste-like. 28% port wine (with sulfites), 25% red wine concentrate (with sulfites), brown sugar (sugar, syrup), 8.5% red wine (with sulfites), salt, shallot puree, citrus fiber, fermented sugar. Recommended dosage: 20g/l. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 6 weeks.
