A red wine cuvee made from the Aragonez, Trinacadeira, and Touriga Nacional grape varieties. A garnet-colored, very young, fruity red wine with plum, blackberry, and raspberry notes, it features pleasant nuances of red fruits and a hint of black pepper. Soft and velvety, with a dense juiciness and pleasant acidity. The style of the Quinta da Plansel wines is exemplified by the passionate oenologist Dorina Lindemann. Her 60-hectare vineyard in Alentejo, Portugal, includes not only the winery, but also a vine breeding facility and a gene pool of all Portuguese grape varieties. This allows the expert to draw on the diversity of over 300 grape varieties native to Portugal for her wine creations. Multiple awards for Plansel wines attest to her expertise.
