2020 Mademoiselle Chardonnay Old Vines, dry, 13% vol., Elisabeth Rucker, organic

AT-BIO-402 Mademoiselle Elisabeth is a new, delicate line from Elisabeth Rucker, launched in 2022. The wine is cultivated in oak barrels and harvested very early, ensuring the Chardonnay is elegant yet not overpowering. Linden blossom extract and the scent of Golden Delicius apple fill the nose. On the palate, it offers a pleasantly lively fullness that spreads creamily. Until the 2019 vintage, the wine was called Chardonnay 5 Elements.
