AT-BIO-302 Big Nature white was bottled without clarification, filtration, or added sulfur. A white wine blend of Pinot Blanc, Scheurebe, and Welschriesling. The fruitiness and freshness of a classic white wine, with the character of orange. A bouquet of ripe citrus fruits, a variety of fruit flavors on the palate, such as cherries and raspberries, lightly underpinned by tannins. A long finish, harmonious yet with a kick! Full of lightness and vibrancy, with plenty of spice and a medium body.
