AT-BIO-301 Petillant Naturel is the oldest method of sparkling wine production: the must is bottled shortly before fermentation is complete, where it is sealed with a crown cap and ferments to completion. Pet Nat undergoes only a single fermentation - without any external intervention. The natural yeasts develop a lively life of their own and are virtually beyond any control. A beautiful pink shimmers in the glass. Spicy aromas of black currants and black cherries. Fresh and fruity with a fine, pleasant acidity. This sparkling wine made from Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon is unfiltered and contains no added sulfur. Turn the bottle upside down three times before opening!
