AT-BIO-402 A blend of Zweigelt and a little St. Laurent (approx. 80% to 20%), designed to whet your appetite. Hand-harvested, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maceration for approximately 10 days, then pressed and aged for 8 months in used barriques. The cherry fruit of the Zweigelt dominates on the palate, surrounded by light herbal notes and nutty components.
