The Duo des Mers Blanc, from Producteurs Reunis de Cebazan, is made from equal parts Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. The crisp, fresh Sauvignon Blanc comes from Gascony, while the full-bodied Viognier comes from the Languedoc. Light stone fruit, gooseberry, and elderberry meet mint and a subtle spice.
