2022 Bob Singlar Rose wine, dry, 12% vol., Mongestine, organic

FR - BIO - 01 The desire for a vibrant rose led the winery to combine direct pressing and liquid maceration to create a cuvee of 80% Merlot and 20% Vermentino with light tannins, crowned by a lovely lemony and fruity acidity. A rose perfect with grilled meats and spicy dishes, just waiting to be served again and again. Like all Mongestine wines, it is spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts, without added sulfur, and unfiltered.
