2022 Bob Singlar, dry, 11.5% vol., Mongestine, organic

FR - BIO - 01 This white wine unites the `South` with its Vermentino and the `North` with its Roussanne. The result is a surprising blend that reveals a spicy and lemony white wine, rounded off with light tannins on the finish. Its acidity makes it an ideal aperitif wine as well as an excellent accompaniment to grilled fish. Like all Mongestine wines, it is spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts, without added sulfur and unfiltered.
