FR - BIO - 01 Made from 100% Grenache using carbonic maceration, similar to a Beaujolais Nouveau. Crisp fruit, aromas of raspberries and other red fruits, smooth, lovely freshness. Like all Mongestine wines, spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts, without added sulfur and unfiltered.
