2023 Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc QW, dry, 13% vol., Peth-Wetz, ORGANIC

DE-OKO-022 Pleasant, yellow-fruity bouquet with a light hint of vanilla and banana - on the palate, this cuvee has a good melting quality, power and apricot aroma. It is not sweet, but has so many yellow fruits that it almost seems sweeter. Despite its lightness, it is mineral. Nice to drink on its own, or as an accompaniment to pasta in cream sauce, mushroom dishes or white meat.
