DE - OKO - 022 A pleasant, yellow-fruited bouquet with a light hint of vanilla and banana - on the palate, this cuvee reveals itself with a smooth texture, power, and apricot aroma. It is not sweet, but has so much yellow fruit that it almost seems sweeter. Despite its lightness, it has a mineral character. Enjoyable on its own, or as an accompaniment to pasta in cream sauce, mushroom dishes, or light meats.
