The Dreissigacker Grauburgunder smells of spicy yellow fruits, accompanied by some ripe pineapple and fine minerality. On the palate, this Grauburgunder has a lot of juice, ripe fruit aromas and a powerful body. It is dense and compact with subtle, restrained acidity and has a slightly creamy, long presence on the palate with fruit and some spice. Full-bodied, powerful and at the same time harmonious.
