DE-OKO-022 You can tell that it comes from the limestone soils of the warm southern Palatinate: the Delight definitely has a bit more body and melt, the acidity is less hard and steely, but rather juicy and reminiscent of salted lemons, apricots, quinces, green walnuts and straw. Added to this is the creaminess of the light yeast sediment and a noticeable grip from the long mash time, which makes you salivate. 30% whole berries (hand-stemmed), a single 300l barrel, 12 months on the skins. Unfiltered and unsulphured.
