DE-OKO-039 Every year, the Leinhohle is the last vineyard of the Riesling harvest. Soil mixed with red sandstone and clay marl forms the basis for the vineyard. This gives the wines pressure and saltiness. The aging in traditional wooden barrels and long contact with the yeast bring out these attributes even more clearly in their maturity.
