2023 Wiltinger Alte Reben Riesling, semi-dry, 11% vol., Nik Weis

This finely tart Riesling is fruity and mineral with aromas of ripe lemons, apples and peaches. The reddish slate and the age of the vines give the wine a refined spiciness with an invigorating acidity. The subtle residual sweetness makes it a wonderful and versatile accompaniment to the table. The Wiltinger goes particularly well with Asian and oriental cuisine.
