2022 Witch Hunter Sauvignon Blanc, dry, 13% vol., Schneider / Hensel

This wine is a collaboration between two friends and winemakers from the Palatinate region, Thomas Hensel and Markus Schneider. The grapes come from the municipalities of Bad Durkheim (Hensel) and Friedelsheimer Feldmark (Schneider). The single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc `The Witch Hunter` was fermented in 500-liter wooden barrels (tonneaux) for slightly more than half the volume, and in stainless steel tanks for the remainder.
