This cuvee - a blend of Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, and Fruhburgunder - is a harmonious, fruity red wine with rounded tannins. On the nose and palate, plum, blueberry, and blackberry dominate, combined with spices such as clove, cinnamon, bay leaf, and a hint of dark chocolate. Aging: approximately 6 months in large wooden barrels. Served at 15-17°C, it pairs well with hearty, robust dishes like sauerbraten or black pudding.
