Ingredients
Lobster fumet in paste form. 25.7% LOBSTER CONCENTRATE (CRUSTACEANS) (LOBSTER POWDER, water, LOBSTER EXTRACT, LOBSTER CONCENTRATE), potato starch, maltodextrin, flavors, salt, sunflower oil, BUTTER POWDER (MILK), sugar, olive oil, onion puree, tomato concentrate, hydrolyzed WHEAT PROTEIN (WHEAT PROTEIN, salt), cognac, Norwegian DEEP SEA LOBSTER EXTRACT (CRUSTACEANS), extract of paprika, garlic puree. As a base for sauces: 80g / l. As a base for cooking: 40g / l. How to use: Dissolve the product in boiling or cold water. Bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes. Store in a dry place and protect from heat. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 6 weeks.
