DE-OKO-003 The shell limestone soil and the old vines characterize this Riesling. The typical chalky, chalky scent is followed by yellow stone fruit and yeast. As time passes in the glass, the fruit and the mineral-stony, smoky aromas typical of shell limestone become more and more present. The wine has a fine maturity and melt, is very compact, but also cool and mineral as you only know from old vines. Due to the high lime content of the soil, the acidity is always very well integrated and integrated. A very complex wine with a lot of depth and great potential for the future.
