Ingredients
Veal-based liquid concentrate. 64% veal stock (water, concentrated veal stock, salt), salt, flavourings, sugar, modified starch, onion powder, tomato powder, spirit vinegar, stabiliser: xanthan gum. Dosage: 20-30ml per litre of boiling water. Can be used warm or cold. Add directly to the dish. Store in a dry, cool place. Store in the fridge after opening. Shake before use.
Properties: gluten-free, lactose-free.
