Ingredients
Liquid concentrate demi glace base for brown sauces. Water, glucose syrup, flavourings, salt, sugar, caramelised sugar, tomato powder, maltodextrin, modified starch, onion powder, spices (with MUSTARD, CELERY SEEDS), garlic powder, acidifier: lactic acid, calcium lactate. Dosage: 5-50ml for seasoning; 30ml / 1l water for stock; 20ml / 1l water for bouillon. Can be used warm or cold. Store in a dry place and protect from heat. After opening, store refrigerated at max. +5°C and use within 4 months.
Properties: gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan.
