Ingredients
Liquid mushroom-based concentrate. 40% rehydrated mushroom powder (champignon, shiitake mushroom, butter mushroom), salt, flavourings, 8% mushroom concentrate, sugar, glucose syrup, onion powder, garlic powder, acidifier: citric acid, stabiliser: xanthan gum. Dosage: 20-30ml per litre of boiling water. Can be used warm or cold. Add directly to the dish. Store in a dry and cool place. Store in the refrigerator after opening. Shake before use.
