Ingredients
Duck-based liquid concentrate. 65% duck stock (water, concentrated duck stock, duck meat powder, salt), salt, flavourings, sugar, modified starch, onion powder, spirit vinegar, garlic powder, stabiliser: xanthan gum. Dosage: 20-30ml per litre of boiling water. Can be served warm or cold. Add directly to the dish. Store in a dry and cool place. Store in the fridge after opening. Shake before use.
Properties: gluten-free, lactose-free.
