Local honey: Danish honey from Central Jutland is used, which makes the ice cream more sustainable. Hazelnut crunch is incorporated by hand in 3 rounds. Sustainable production: The milk comes from Them Andelsmejeri, which guarantees short transport routes and lower CO2 emissions.
