Ingredients
Karaage batter mix. WHEAT FLOUR, starch (potato, WHEAT), salt, sugar, pepper, vegetable protein (SOYBEAN), raising agents (E336i, E500ii), flavor enhancers (E621, E634), paprika, humectant (E420i), dextrose, yeast extract. Mix 200g of Karaage batter mix No. 1 with 200ml of water per 1kg of ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Fry at 170-180°C until cooked through. Protect from direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place.
