Ingredients
Karaage dough mix. WHEAT FLOUR, starch (potato, WHEAT), salt, sugar, pepper, vegetable protein (SOYBEANS), leavening agent (E336i, E500ii), flavour enhancer (E621, E634), paprika, humectant (E420i), dextrose, yeast extract. Mix 200g Kara-age dough mix No.1 with 200ml water per 1kg of ingredients. Mix everything well. Fry at 170-180°C until everything is cooked through. Protect from direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place.
