Instead of olive oil, Mario Fongo mixed this grissini dough with water. They are hand-rolled and beautifully thin. The grissini are wonderfully light and crispy. They can be dipped into tapenades and pestati, such as our Pestato Pepperoni or into a Crema di Olive verdi.
