The traditional cheese cream is made from Fontal, with egg, milk and butter. Crispy summer truffle pieces and the distinctive taste make the Piedmontese difference. It is eaten warm like a fondue. You dip toasted bread in it or eat it as a sauce with tajarin or egg tagliatelle.
