The pleasantly chunky cream is spicy thanks to the anchovies and tastes very good with cooked and raw ham, cold meat and eggs. You can also simply spread it on crostini or use it as a filling for focaccia and tramezzini, for example with boiled egg and ham. A great recipe for artichokes.
