A relatively unknown speciality from Piedmont is the combination of anchovies and truffles. They are marinated together in olive oil. The taste is incomparably good. This product combines the Ligurian coast with the hilly Piedmont. The anchovies taste good on mozzarella and burrata, polenta and simply on toasted bread.
