2022 Sunny Cide up, cider, dry, 9% vol., Preisinger

AT-BIO-402 The Sunny Cide up is a blend of cider and a Pet Nat and was first vinified in 2018 by Claus Preisinger. The Sunny Cide up is light and very fruity, floral notes and lots of herbs, plus yellow fruit with lots of apple and a slight baconiness, low in alcohol and juicy and stimulating with refreshing carbonation. A subtly wild fun wine for carefree summer days.
