A mixture of chilies, black sesame, orange peel, seaweed, poppy seeds, Sichuan pepper and hemp seeds. The spiciness of this pepper is determined by the spiciness of the chilies. It gives curry pastes, Thai soups and South American dishes such as chili con carne a fiery but fruity-tart note.
