Since 1963, the sturgeon have been raised in Loja, Granada, in crystal-clear spring water flowing directly from the mountains. The fish are given ample time to grow, are stress-free, and are fed entirely organic feed. The entire process is consistently sustainable and certified organic, from breeding to the finished tin. Only pure sturgeon roe with salt is used.
