Vintage oil sardines are considered a great delicacy among sardine lovers. The minimum shelf life of this product is 6 years! The approximately 5 selected sardines have a mild taste. The goods were lightly seasoned with fleur de sel and marinated in the best olive oil. The sardines are juicy and have a tender consistency and could be eaten whole. These sardines get better every year they are stored, as the marriage between olive oil and sardine is slow to develop, but then an incomparably harmonious relationship develops. The production of vintage sardines is limited.
