The diameter of each egg is over 3.2 mm. It has a full-bodied flavor with a unique aromatic aftertaste. The species *Huso dauricus* reaches sexual maturity at around 15 to 20 years of age and can live up to 100 years, reaching weights of over 1000 kg. It is one of the largest sturgeon species. Experts refer to it as a Beluga sturgeon, but not from the Caspian Sea. It is produced in one of the world`s most modern sturgeon farms in China. The farm boasts a lake up to 45 meters deep with exceptional water quality. This, along with processing according to ancient Persian tradition by an Iranian caviar master, guarantees the high quality of the product. The caviar is salted using a gentle method (Malossol).
