2023 Rose, dry, 11.5% vol., Philipp Kuhn, VEGAN

The fruity cuvee of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Blaufrankisch, Pinot Noir and St. Laurent impresses in the glass with an intense scent of wild strawberries, cherries and cassis. Philipp`s Rose is an absolutely light summer classic with a mild acidity. Thanks to the gentle Saigner process, in which the grapes and mash are sieved and not pressed, this Rose is significantly more intense and stronger in color and aroma than conventional Rose. With the right gut feeling and unique handwork, Philipp Kuhn succeeds in producing 100% great dry wines in the Palatinate with the help of his philosophy of 50% white and 50% red equaling 100%.
