2021 Assemblage Reserve, dry, 13.5% vol., Peth - Wetz

This wine is modeled after the classic Bordeaux blend - from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot grape varieties, a finely velvety wine is produced, complemented by aromas of cedar, tobacco, and coffee. On the nose, aromas of blackcurrant, forest floor, herbs, and a touch of wood emerge. Twenty months of aging in barriques harmoniously integrates the tannins into the overall structure, making it a wonderful wine to enjoy on its own or paired with food.
