If you feel like you`re walking on clouds when you enjoy it, then everything has been done right with this sparkling wine! The perlage dances along delicately and lightly on the tongue. Strawberries push their way to the front, while it is wonderfully grippy on the palate. The wine has texture and character, is slightly smoky on the finish and fades away in a dusty white cloud that is underpinned by aromas of white flowers. Really serious summer fizz.
