cooled product 0 ° C to + 7 ° CFR-BIO-10 The spherical Mimolette, also called Boule de Lille, is produced on the north coast of France. The cheese has a beautiful orange colour, thanks to the natural colouring annatto. It has a wide range of aromas, including nuts, fruit and caramel. Matured for at least 4 months.
