ES - ECO - 019 - CT Very intense and concentrated aromas of quince, dried apricots, and honey. With a little aeration, aromas of vanilla, caramel, and roasted almonds emerge. On the palate, the wine displays the same aromatics, but is accompanied throughout by a fine and refreshing acidity. Aged for 4 months in French oak barriques.
